I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring Emiglia-Romagna and Marche, with easy access to both train and bus transportation. The hotel is nestled in a quiet and beautiful area near a park, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were small but functional, and I loved the nice design touches throughout. Everything was spotlessly clean, including all the common areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options, ensuring I had a great start to my day.
All was perfect.

Great location - 5 mins walk from beach but tucked away. Turn left instead of right out of the hotel and 15 mins walk into the old town through the park. Good breakfast. Really friendly helpful staff. Good shower.
Rooms are pretty small - fine for us though, good unfussy design and everything we needed. Walls a bit thin - so could be noisy depending who in room next door.

This hotel is in a good location for a stay in Rimini - within easy walking distance of the beach and shops, restaurants etc.
There is no on-site car parking and the vehicle access is somewhat restricted. Reserved carparking is available nearby in a public carpark(about 10 minute walk through a park) but a shuttle minibus service is available.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a private bathroom. I particularly enjoyed the balcony in my room, allowing me to relax and enjoy the view. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with the beach just a short walk away. In addition, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
No major issues, everything was great!

It is in a side street off the main shopping street along the beach, which makes it a quiet but central location. The seaside is just a few minutes on foot, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The staff was helpful to answer all our questions, and the room was small but comfortable.
The room was not especially clean, but acceptable.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and a variety of restaurants, making it easy to explore the Emiglia-Romagna and Marche regions. the rooms are cozy and fully renovated, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. the bathroom is nice and well-maintained. the staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist guests. the breakfast is decent, offering a good variety of options. the hotel provides free WiFi, bike rental, and free access to TV channels in English and Russian.
The temperature control in the rooms can be an issue, as the hotel tends to keep it at freezer levels of coolness.

Everything was OK. Clean room, nice bathroom, very good location. Free wireless with low signal in my room but I could use it.
No parking space, we had to park a few streets away from the hotel and carry our luggage.

I got a new-fashioned room with an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The location was marvellous right at the park through which you can walk all the way to the old city centre and met required needs.

It was the best hotel during our holidays in Italy. Excellent, beautiful and frendly staff. The hotel was rebuild 4 years ago. All in this hotel new. Many free place for parking opposite the hotel (No parking problems). Free wifi. Very good breakfast. Not far from sea, shops, and restorans. I will stay in this hotel if i again go to Italy (to Rimini).

The hotel was located near a beautiful park and shopping center. The balcony in our room had a great view. Plus, the check-in process was smooth and quick.
The bed was uncomfortable, two single beds pushed together, and it was quite annoying. the room wasn't as clean as expected, and the cleaning staff never replaced the towels.
